By using NEX International Delivery Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify terms at any time.
Customers are responsible for accurate shipment information, proper packaging, and compliance with international shipping regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or reroute shipments that violate any laws.
Payment is due upon shipment unless other arrangements are made. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Customers cannot ship illegal items, hazardous materials (without proper documentation), or items that violate international regulations. NEX is not responsible for shipments containing prohibited items.
Our liability is limited to the insured value of the shipment or the shipping fee, whichever is greater. Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only. NEX is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.
